摘要
以3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-5-羧酸和5-氨基烟酸为原料,通过偶联反应制备了一种新的三氮烯衍生物1-(三唑基-3-羧酸)-3-烟酸三氮烯(H_(4)tcanat),密度泛函理论(DFT)计算表明室温下反式构型为该化合物的热稳定构型,加热至300℃时结构彻底分解。光学性质测试显示H_(4)tcanat在碱性水溶液中具有光致异构及紫色荧光性质,发射峰为407 nm。同时,该化合物对低浓度Hg+具有识别作用。
A new triazene derivative of 1-(triazolyl-3-carboxylic acid)-3-nicotinic acid triazene(H _(4) tcanat)was synthesized via coupling reaction by using 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole-5-carboxylic acid and 5-aminonicotinic acid as raw materials.Density functional theory(DFT)calculation indicated that trans form was the thermostable isomer at room temperature.The synthesized triazene will decompose completely as the temperature increased to 300℃.Optical property measurements demonstrated that H _(4) tcanat possesses photogenerated isomers and violet fluorescence with emission peak located at 407 nm in alkaline aqueous solution.Meanwhile,this compound displayed a good identification effect for Hg+in low concentration.
