草酸铜-氧化石墨烯-丙烯酸水凝胶彻底去除水中低浓度氨氮

Completely Removing Low Concentration Ammonia Nitrogen from Water byHydrogel with Copper Oxalate-graphene Oxide-acrylic Acid

摘要 草酸铜溶解于丙烯酸中,在引发剂、交联剂和致孔剂作用下,333 K聚合反应40 min,得水凝胶。元素和红外分析结果表明,N、C、H和O原子百分含量分别16.22、23.61、8.6和51.48;复合材料骨架键连羟基和C=C等官能团。选择波长697 nm,依据标准曲线计算吸附后的氨氮浓度并可求出去除率。实验结果表明:经过22 h,80 mg复合水凝胶对5 mg/L 40 mL氯化铵溶液去除率达到100%。吸附饱和的复合水凝胶可以用0.15 mol/L的氯化钠溶液浸泡30 min进行彻底再生。 Copper oxalate was dissolved in acrylic acid,and a hydrogel was obtained by performing a polymerization reaction for 40 min at 337 K by means of the initiator,crosslinking agent and perforative agent.Analysis of elemental and infrared spectrum indicated that mass ratio of N,C,H and O atoms were 16.22,23.61,8.6,and 51.48,respectively,hydroxyl and C=C were bonded on the complex skeleton.According to the standard curve,the wavelength of 697 nm was selected to calculate the concentration of ammonia nitrogen after the absorption,thus the removal rate was obtained.The experimental results showed that 80 mg composite hydrogel can completely remove of the ammonia nitrogen from 5 mg/L 40 mL ammonium chloride solution after keeping on 22 h.The adsorbent saturated composite hydrogel can be completely regenerated by immersion in 0.15 mol/L of sodium chloride solution for 30 min.
