摘要
本研究以亚克力高温裂解后的精馏液为主要原料进行乳液聚合,加入一定比例的丙烯酸丁酯进行增韧改性,将乳液聚合物与一定比例的水泥及载体混合,即得聚合物水泥防水涂料。并对亚克力回收液制得的防水涂料和市售甲基丙烯酸甲酯制得的防水涂料进行性能进行对比。结果表明:亚克力回收液防水性能良好,涂膜弹性以及抗外界环境损耗的能力优良。
Acrylic acid pyrolysis was used as the main raw material for emulsion polymerization,and a certain proportion of butyl acrylate was added to toughen and modify the emulsion polymer with a certain proportion of cement and carrier,so that polymer cement waterproof coating was obtained.The performances of the waterproof coating prepared by acrylic recovery solution and the waterproof coating prepared by commercial methyl methacrylate were compared.The results showed that the acrylic recovery solution had good waterproof performance,excellent film elasticity and resistance to external environmental loss.
