摘要
为了提升无溶剂环氧涂料的防腐性能,通过对环氧树脂、环氧固化剂、活性稀释剂种类及添加量等主要成分进行筛选,设计出一款低粘度高耐性无溶剂环氧涂料。研究发现选取128和EV-2098质量比7:3混合树脂,搭配成膜性好且性能优异的固化剂715为主要成膜物质,添加环氧活性稀释剂5110对涂料降粘和增韧,当5110的添加量为混合树脂的5wt%时,涂料具有低粘度,快干,耐冲击,耐酸碱性、耐盐雾性和耐盐水性好的优点。
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of solvent-free epoxy coating,a solvent-free epoxy coating was designed by screening the types and addition of epoxy resin,epoxy curing agent,active diluent,etc.The study found that 128 and EV-2098 mixed resins with a mass ratio of 7:3 were selected as the film forming resin,and the curing agent 715 with good film forming performance and excellent performance was selected as the main film forming material.The epoxy active diluent 5110 was added to reduce the viscosity and increase the toughness of the coating.When the addition amount of 5110 was 5wt%of the mixed resin,the coating had the advantages of low viscosity,quick drying,impact resistance,acid and alkali resistance,salt spray resistance and salt water resistance.
