摘要
通过采用“球磨+筛分+熔化+铸锭”的工艺技术,将废弃的铝灰渣、铝污泥及集尘铝灰经熔融、高温氧化制成铝合金锭和耐火材料原料α型氧化铝,对铝灰渣和铝污泥等进行无害化和资源化处理,以达到循环再利用的目的效果。同时提出了在工艺过程中所存在的粉尘废气污染、固体废物污染及环境监管有待加强等问题,并提供了相应的解决措施。
The process technology of“ball mill+screening+melting+ingot casting”was used to melt and oxidize the waste aluminum ash,aluminum sludge,and dust-collecting aluminum ash into aluminum alloy ingots and refractory raw materialsα-aluminum-oxide.The aluminum ash and aluminum sludge s treatments of harmless and resource were carried out to achieve the purpose of recycling and reuse.At the same time,some problems,such as dust and waste gas pollution,solid waste pollution and environment supervision,which were needed to be strengthened in the process,were put forward,and corresponding solutions were provided.
