摘要
药物化学是药学本科生重要的专业课程,在药学教育中占有重要的地位。该课程具有理论性强、理论和实验紧密结合的特点,学生理解具有一定难度。如何通过本科生参与研究过程中,改进药物化学教学方法,提高教学水平是大学教师应该积极探讨的教学模式。通过“设计、合成二氢色原酮-二硫代胺基甲酸酯杂合物及其抗阿尔茨海默病的研究”课题的实施,加深学生对药物化学课程的理解和激发学生对药物研究的兴趣,取得较好的教学效果。
Medicinal Chemistry is an important course for Pharmacy undergraduate students,which occupies a significant position in pharmacy education.The course has the characteristics of strong theory,close integration of theory and experiment,and it is difficult for students to understand.How to improve teaching methods of Medicinal Chemistry and improve the teaching level through the participation of undergraduate students in the research process is the educational model that should be deeply explored by university.Through the implementation of the subject which was“design and synthesis dihydrochromone-dithiocarbamate hybrids for Alzheime s disease”,students’understanding of Medicinal Chemistry courses was deepened,The interest and of students to learn about drugs interest in research was inspired,which achieved better teaching effects.
