职业农民培育基地综合配套建设研究

本文通过分析生产经营型、专业技能型和社会服务型等新型职业农民在培训、创业、住宿、餐饮、社交、文体活动等环节的配套服务需求,根据培训规模、等级的不同,分层级配套建设,构建分类分级的职业农民培育基地建筑设计指标体系。通过该指标体系,加强职业农民综合配套建设,为新型职业农民培育提供硬件支撑,以满足不同类型、不同层级的职业农民在教学培训、创业就业、生活服务等方面的需求。

This paper analyzes the supporting service needs of new types of professional farmers,such as production and operation type,professional skill type and social service type,in training,entrepreneurship,accommodation,catering,social contact and entertainment.According to the different training scale and level,this paper constructs a classified and graded architectural design index system for professional farmers training bases,which can strengthen the comprehensive supporting facilities,provide hardware support for new types of professional farmers,so as to meet the functional requirements of different types and levels of professional farmers in training,entrepreneurship,service and so on.
