房地产开发项目各阶段全成本管理探讨——以莱顿小镇项目为例

近年来,随着国家对房地产市场的不断调控,房地产行业已经由高速发展阶段转向高质量发展阶段,这对房地产项目的管理水平提出更高要求。成本管理作为项目管理的核心内容,贯穿于项目全过程。本文结合笔者多年的工作经验,对项目建设各个阶段的管理流程进行总结,同时提出实施办法和建议,以期推动房地产行业高质量发展再上新台阶。

With the continuous regulation of the real estate market in recent years,the real estate industry has shifted from the stage of high-speed development to the stage of high-quality development,which puts forward higher requirements for the management level of real estate projects.As the core content of project management,cost management runs through the whole process of the project.Based on many years of work experience,this paper summarizes the management process of each stage during the project construction,and puts forward the implementation measures and suggestions,in order to promote the high-quality development of the real estate industry upto a new level.
