装饰工程轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板吊顶施工技术要点研究——以泉州星光耀广场二期MALL精装修项目为例

轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板吊顶是近年来常用的建筑装饰材料,其质地较轻,隔音、隔热等优势性能突出,对人们的居住环境起到较大的改善作用,加之现阶段装配式建筑体系的广泛应用,轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板作为装配式建筑装饰吊顶的关键材料,具有良好的市场发展前景。本文结合泉州星光耀广场二期MALL精装项目工程情况,详细分析建筑装饰中轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板吊顶施工工艺流程,旨在从吊顶控制线弹测、主次龙骨安装等方面分析轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板吊顶施工工艺,以期为类似工程装饰施工提供参考和借鉴。

The paper gypsum board ceiling with light steel keel is a commonly used building decoration material with the advantages such as light texture,outstanding sound insulation and heat insulation,which has greatly improved people’s living environment.With the extensive application of prefabricated building system at present,the paper gypsum board ceiling with light steel keel,as the key material of prefabricated building decoration ceiling,has a good market development prospect.In combination with the fine decoration project of Quanzhou Xingyao Plaza Phase II Mall,this paper analyzes in details the construction process of paper gypsum board ceiling with light steel keel in building decoration from the ceiling control line elastic measurement as well as primary and secondary keel installation,which could provide reference for similar decoration projects.
