墙体砌筑施工技术在工程中的运用——以岭兜安置房地下室及上部主体工程为例

墙体砌筑施工是建筑主体结构施工的重要组成部分,涉及地下室内墙与地上外墙、内墙、分户墙及电梯井道侧壁、女儿墙等,墙体砌筑工程量较大且工程对施工质量要求较高。本文以岭兜安置房地下室及上部主体工程为例,就墙体砌筑施工技术实践进行分析,提出施工技术应用的新方法,并就墙体砌筑施工质量控制提出过程管理、技术控制、细节控制等措施。

Wall masonry construction is an important part of the construction of the building main structure,involving the basement interior wall and the ground exterior wall,inner wall,household splitting wall as well as elevator shaft side wall,parapet,etc.The quantity of wall masonry is large and the quality of construction requirements is high.Therefore,this paper takes the basement and the upper part of the Lingdou resettlement housing as example,analyzes the construction technology practice of wall masonry,proposes the new method of the application of construction technology,and puts forward the measures of process management,technical control and detail control on the quality control of wall masonry construction.
