静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)是致死性血管疾病之一,气虚、血瘀为致病基础,肿为临床表现。本病“防重于治”,在发病前采用针灸、推拿、压力治疗、中药内服外敷等预防措施,注意调畅情志、控制饮食;病程中应用针灸及药物治疗;病情稳定后配合药物及压力治疗防止复发。治疗以中医“治未病”思想为基础,为临床防治VTE提供依据。参考文献32篇。

Venous thromboembolism(VTE) is one of the fatal vascular diseases. Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the pathogenic basis while swollen is the clinical manifestation. Prevention is important than treatment in VTE. Before the onset of VTE,preventive measures such as acupuncture,tuina therapy,pressure treatment,oral and external use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) could be taken. Attention should be paid to regulating emotions and controlling diet. Acupuncture and medicine treatment should be used during the course of the disease. After the disease is stable,medicine and pressure treatment should be used to prevent recurrence. Treatment is based on TCM thought of “treating disease before it arises” and provides the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of VTE. There are 32 references in total.
