摘要
研究将边鸡肠道中分离出的3株优势菌株混合后,以不同剂量(1.0×10^(8)、1.0×10^(9)、1.0×10^(10)cfu/mL)添加到日粮中饲喂,并与添加抗生素的效果进行比较,研究乳酸菌对雏鸡体质量、免疫器官指数、免疫球蛋白含量、抗氧化能力和抗体水平的影响。结果表明,添加混合乳酸菌的试验组雏鸡体质量显著高于对照组,但中剂量组与抗生素组体质量差异不显著。试验组的脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊指数均高于对照组,且差异显著,中剂量组与抗生素组对比差异不显著,试验组的血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM含量均显著高于对照组,但中剂量组与抗生素组差异不显著;对照组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于抗生素组和中、高剂量组,抗生素组和中、高剂量组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量均显著高于混合乳酸菌低剂量组和对照组,各组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量(GSH-Px)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均与对照组存在显著差异,试验组和对照组的NDV抗体水平在2次免疫后均有显著上升。添加混合乳酸菌对雏鸡的体质量、免疫功能、抗氧化能力和抗体水平均具有促进作用,可代替抗生素添加且最适添加量为1.0×10^(9)cfu/mL。
In this study,three dominant bacterial strains isolated from small intestine of Bian chicken was mixed to form a mixed bacterial liquid,different doses of bacterial liquid(1.0×10^(8),1.0×10^(9),and 1.0×10^(10)cfu/mL)were added to the diet of chickens,and the effect was compared with the antibiotic group,then the effects of lactic acid bacteria on body weights,immune organ index,immunoglobulin contents,antioxidant capacity,and antibody level of chicks were investigated.The results showed that body weight of chicks of the experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant differences in body weight between the medium dose group and the antibiotic group.The indexes of spleen,thymus,and bursa of fabricius of the experimental groups were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant,there was no significant difference between the medium dose group and the antibiotic group.The content of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM of the experimental groups was higher than that of the control group,but no significant difference was observed between the medium dose group and the antibiotic group.The malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the control group was significantly higher than that of the antibiotic group,the medium and the high dose groups.The SOD content of the antibiotic group,the medium and the high dose groups was significantly higher than that of the low dose group and the control group.Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)content and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in each experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group.NDV antibody level of the experimental groups and the control group increased after two immunizations.Addition of mixed lactic acid bacteria promoted body weights,immune organ index,immunoglobulin contents,antioxidant capacity,and antibody level of chicks,could replace antibiotic addition,and the optimal addition dose was 1.0×10^(9)cfu/mL.
