摘要
目前,我国教育界对产教融合的国际经验研究聚焦于发达国家案例,较少关注发展中国家高校的相关经验。以马来西亚泰莱大学的接待业、旅游与烹饪学院为例,研究其产教融合模式发现,该学院的产教融合模式与行动者网络理论倡导的核心价值观一致,是各方行动者共同参与和利益实现的结果。拟剧化、真实化、专业化、项目化及信息化“五化”思维将产教融合各方行动者的“利益冲突点”转化为“强制通行点”,实现了高校与校外联盟者在追逐各方利益中的冲突转译。基于培养目标、人才标准及项目运营基础上形成的共同体意识,为该学院建构利益赋予机制指明了方向。注重产教融合各行动者间的互惠共赢、链式发展及情感联结,是建构产教融合长效机制的可行路径。
At present,the international empirical studies of the integration of industry and education in China focus on the cases of developed countries,and pay less attention to the relevant experience of universities in developing countries.Taking School of Hospitality,Tourism and Culinary Arts of Taylor’s University in Ma⁃laysia as an example,the successful development of the industry-education integration of the college is consis⁃tent with the core values advocated by the actor network theory.It is the result of the joint participation and ben⁃efit realization of all actors,which can be summarized as the“Taylor’s model”of the value co-creation of actors in the industry-education integration.The five ways of dramatization,actualization,specialization,proj⁃ect-based and informatization transforms the interest conflict of the stakeholders involved in the integration of industry and education into obligatory passage point,realizing the translation of the conflict between the univer⁃sity and the off-campus alliance in pursuing the interests of all parties.The sense of community formed on the basis of training objectives,talent standards and project operation provides the direction for the establishment of benefit granting mechanism of the college.It is a feasible way to promote the construction of long-term mecha⁃nism of industry-education integration to pay attention to the mutual benefit,chain development and emotional connection among the actors.
