Development of nursing knowledge,attitude,practice scale for nursing staff in nursing institutions

目的编制养老机构护理员老年人护理知识、态度和行为问卷,并检验其信效度。方法以知信行理论模型为指导,在文献资料分析及半结构访谈的基础上,通过预调查形成问卷初稿,经过3轮专家咨询后形成问卷初始条目,选取北京市某集团旗下数家养老机构的268名护理员进行调查,检验问卷的信效度。结果最终问卷包括知识、态度和行为3个维度,共计30个条目,其中知识维度14个条目,态度维度9个条目,行为维度7个条目。总问卷和3个维度的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.912、0.642、0.963、0.856;总问卷和3个维度的内容效度分别为0.940、0.900、0.920、0.910,各条目的内容效度为0.800~1.000。对调查结果进行探索性因子分析,共提取8个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.523%,各条目的共同度和因子载荷均>0.4。结论问卷的编制过程科学合理,问卷信效度较好,可用于初步测量养老机构护理员老年人护理知信行水平。

Objective To develop a questionnaire on nursing knowledge,attitude,and behavior of nursing staff in nursing institutions,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Under the guidance of the knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model,on the basis of literature analysis and semi-structured interview,the first draft of the questionnaire was formed through pre-survey,and the initial items of the questionnaire were formed after 3 rounds of an expert consultation.A total of 268 nurses from several nursing institutions of a group in Beijing were selected to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The final questionnaire included knowledge,attitude,and practice,with a total of 30 items,including 14 items in the knowledge dimension,9 items in the attitude dimension,and 7 items in the practice dimension.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total questionnaire and the three dimensions were 0.912,0.642,0.963,and 0.856 respectively,and the content validity of the total questionnaire and the three dimensions were 0.940,0.900,0.920,and 0.910 respectively,and the content validity of each item was 0.800 to 1.000.Based on the exploratory factor analysis of the survey results,a total of 8 common factors were extracted,the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 67.523%,and the commonality and factor load of each item were more than 0.4.Conclusion The development process of the questionnaire is scientific and reasonable,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good,which can be used to measure the nursing knowledge,attitude,and practice of the elderly nursing staff in nursing institutions.
