麝香保心丸治疗稳定型心绞痛

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills on patients with stable angina pectoris

目的分析麝香保心丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对疾病相关因子表达的影响。方法选择稳定型心绞痛患者70例,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组予美托洛尔、曲美他嗪、阿司匹林、单硝酸异山梨酯、硝酸甘油治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予麝香保心丸治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗总有效率,治疗前后心功能、心绞痛发作情况、疾病相关因子、血脂指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率组(94.29%,33/35)高于对照组(74.29%,26/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组射血分数(EF)、心排血量(CO)水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组心绞痛每次持续时间均较治疗前缩短,且观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组心绞痛发作次数、血清总胆固醇(TC)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、三酰甘油(TG)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,可改善患者心功能,降低心绞痛发作时间及频率,可能与其调节机体脂代谢,控制疾病相关因子水平有关。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills on patients with stable angina pectoris and its influence on the expression of disease-related factors.Methods A total of 70 patients with stable angina pectoris admitted to the department of cardiology of Fuyang Cancer Hospital from July 2018 to November 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,trimetazidine,aspirin,isosorbide mononitrate and nitroglycerin,while the observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group,both for 3 months.The total effective rate after 3 months of treatment,the changes of cardiac function,angina pectoris,disease-related factors and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.29%,33/35)was higher than that of the control group(74.29%,26/35)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of ejection fraction(EF)and cardiac output(CO)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the duration of angina pectoris in both groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),triacylglycerol(TG),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),cardiac troponin(cTnI)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills is effective in the treatment of stable angina pectoris,can improve the heart function of patients,reduce the time and frequency of angina pectoris,which may be related to regulating the lipid metabolism and controlling the level of disease-related factors.
