新时代,中国特色社会主义建设征程吹响了乡村振兴的冲锋号。地方农林高校只有抢抓机遇,以国家战略方针和地方发展需要为行动方向,才能更好服务大局,回答好“为谁培养人、培养什么人、怎样培养人、谁来培养人”的重大命题。要充分认识到服务乡村振兴战略是地方农林高校的重要使命和发展的动力源泉。针对开展服务过程中面临的“三农”情感弱化、关注和研究“三农”问题不够深入、辐射带动“三农”发展作用有限的实际情况,围绕乡村振兴战略新需求,以组织模式创新为突破口,搭建高校服务乡村振兴战略的大平台,通过服务“三农”长效机制优化路径,提升各类乡村振兴战略执行主体的行动力,达到乡村振兴战略与地方农林高校高质量发展有机促进的目的。

In the new era, in the journey of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, the vanguard of rural revitalization has gotten started. Local agriculture and forestry colleges and universities should seize the opportunity, closely follow the national strategic guidelines and local development needs as the direction of action, so as to better serve the overall situation and answer the important question of “for whom to train, what kind of personnel to train, how to train and who to train”. They should fully realize that serving rural revitalization strategy is an important mission and the power source for the development of local agriculture and forestry colleges and universities. In the process of service development, they are faced with some practical situations, such as the weakening of consciousness on “issues relating to agriculture, rural areas, and rural people”, insufficient attention and research on them, and the limited development of them driven by radiated efforts. They should focus on the new needs of the rural revitalization strategy, take organizational model innovation as a breakthrough, build a large platform to efficiently serve the rural revitalization strategy, and improve the driving force of various rural revitalization strategy execution resources by serving the long-term mechanism optimization path of “issues relating to agriculture, rural areas, and rural people”, so as to organically promote the rural revitalization work and the high-quality development of local agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.
