基于乡村人才振兴的新农科人才培养体系构建与实施——以中山大学为例

Construction and Implementation of New Agricultural Talent Training System Based on Rural Talent Revitalization:Take Sun Yat-sen University as An Example

国家实施乡村振兴战略与发展现代农业,乡村人才振兴是核心任务,但乡村振兴人才培养面临严峻挑战。中山大学整建制复办农学院,依托综合性大学多学科资源优势,探索建立了以“思想引领、学业引领、文化引领、创新创业引领”为核心的“四引领”教育内涵,以及构建了“知识传授与课程思政相融合、传统农学与现代农学相融合、理论学习与社会实践相融合、学科交叉与创新创业相融合”的“四融合”教育体系,为国家乡村振兴探索综合性高校人才培养体系。

With the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy and the development of modern agriculture,rural talent revitalization is the core task,but various types of rural revitalization talents are facing a huge challenge.In response to the situation,Sun Yat-sen University has re-set up the agricultural school.Based on the advantages of multidisciplinary resource as a comprehensive university,it has established the four leading educational connotations of“ideological guidance,academic guidance,cultural guidance,and innovation and entrepreneurship guidance”,and built a four integration education system focusing on“the integration of knowledge teaching and ideological and political education,the integration of traditional and modern agronomy,the integration of theoretical learning and social practice,and the integration of interdisciplines and innovation and entrepreneurship”,in order to build up the talent training system of comprehensive colleges and universities for the revitalization of rural areas.
