乡村振兴背景下农科人才定制培养:现实困境、时代价值与实践路径 被引量:6

摘要 目前,乡村亟需“下得去、用得上、干得好、留得住”的基层人才,夯实人才振兴基石。然而,涉农高职人才培养存在培养目标与人才振兴需求不匹配、多主体育人效果不显著、接续跟踪培养机制不健全等问题。为推动江苏农业现代化,江苏农林职业技术学院创新人才培养模式,提出了人才定制培养是彰显职业教育类型特征的重要载体,凸显职业教育面向人人属性的重要举措,是实现职业教育高质量发展的重要抓手,形成了“政校村联通、农科教融通、职前后贯通”农科人才定制培养模式,以期为服务地方经济发展和推动涉农高职教育教学改革提供样板。 At present,grassroots talents who can“go to the grassroots,be able to undertake important tasks,do good jobs and be willing to stay in the rural areas”are urgently needed in rural areas to consolidate the foundation of talent revitalization.However,there are some problems in the training of talents of agriculture-related vocational colleges,such as the mismatch between the training objectives and the demand for talent revitalization,the lack of significant result of multi-agent cooperative education,and the imperfect follow-up training mechanism.In order to promote the modernization of agriculture in Jiangsu Province,Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry has innovated the training mode of talents.Through exploration and practice,Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry put forward the ideas that reservation-based cultivation of talents is an important carrier to show the characteristics of vocational education,an important measure to highlight the characteristics of vocational education oriented to everyone,and an important starting-point to realize the high-quality development of vocational education.Now the reservation-based training mode for agricultural talents named“linking government,school and village,accommodating agricultural science and education,and connecting vocational and post-vocational education”has been formed.It is expected to provide a mode for serving local economic development and promoting the teaching reform of agriculture-related higher vocational education.
