基于有限元的储罐缺陷研究

摘要 基于FSM电场指纹法介绍了一种针对卧式储罐的石油石化特点,对卧式储罐内的漏磁检测使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析了缺陷漏磁信号的影响因素。实验验证了基于指纹法的有限元探测数据,实验结果表明:本文研究的工业储罐内外壁漏磁检测效果明显。该方法检测可靠性高,耐高低温,寿命长,不存在监测部件的损耗问题,在均匀腐蚀条件下,敏感性与灵活性要比大多非破坏性试验好。因此,本文提出的储罐缺陷检测技术在监测领域能实现很好的经济价值与实践价值。 Based on FSM electric field fingerprint method,this paper introduces a kind of finite element analysis software ANSYS for magnetic flux leakage detection in horizontal storage tank,aiming at the petrochemical characteristics of horizontal storage tank,and analyzes the influencing factors of defect magnetic flux leakage signal.The results of finite element analysis are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the magnetic flux leakage detection effect in the horizontal tank studied is obvious.This method has high detection reliability,high and low temperature resistance,long service life,and no loss of monitoring components.Under uniform corrosion conditions,its sensitivity and flexibility are better than most non-destructive tests.Therefore,it has its unique advantages and good prospects in the field of pipeline corrosion monitoring.
