摘要
基于计算机视觉技术,设计实现了一种高效的指针式仪表自动化识别系统。该系统可以通过摄像头实时采集仪表盘图像,经过预处理后使用Hough圆检测方法定位表盘位置,并结合Hough变换与边缘聚类分析识别指针角度,利用预设仪表模型计算得出指针读数。实验结果表明,该系统实现简单,使用方便,可满足高精度与实时性的识别要求,并且在动态场景中具有较好的抗干扰性,对摄像采集与计算平台硬件性能要求不高,在工业与生活中具有很好的应用价值和发展前景。
Based on computer vision technology,it designs and implements an efficient automatic identification system for pointer meter.The system captures the instrument image in real time through the surveillance camera.After preprocessing,the dial position is located by Hough circle detection method,and the pointer angle is identified through method that combined Hough transform and edge clustering analysis,and the pointer reading is calculated by using the preset instrument model.The experimental results show that the system is simple to implement,easy to use,and meets the requirements of high precision and real-time recognition.It also has good anti-interference in dynamic scenes,and doesn’t have high requirements for the hardware performance of the camera acquisition and computing platform,which has good application value and development prospects in industry and life.
