摘要
碳化硼-聚乙烯中子屏蔽材料的老化分析是秦一厂320MWe机组OLE项目的一部分,对研究乏燃料水池在延寿运行期间的性能,确保乏燃料元件的贮存安全性具有关键意义。此次将中子吸收板从阀燃料格架取出,将中子吸收板放置至指定位置,待中子吸收板取样完成后,将中子吸收板放回阀燃料格架(或)屏蔽容器内。根据现场工况及乏池格架结构,设计一套自动化专用工具和拆除工艺。该工艺主要由水下电视、螺母松启工具、压板拨动工具、三角导向块夹具、铝制加长杆等工具组合而成。通过自动化设备的控制与应用,仪器仪表采集高度、定位、载荷、动作等信息输入,控制系统实现保护、输出等功能。有效地解决了水下观察困难、水下操作不便、无预制吊点、中子吸收体结构空间限制等,此套工艺的设计使中子吸收体抽取工作顺利完成。
e aging analysis of boron carbide-polyethylene neutron shielding material is part of the OLE project of the 320MWe unit of Qinshan Plant. It is of great significance to study the performance of spent fuel pool during extended life and ensure the storage safety of spent fuel components. The neutron absorption plate is removed from the valve fuel grid and the neutron absorption plate is placed in the designated position. After the neutron absorption plate is sampled, the neutron absorption plate is returned to the fuel cell frame. According to the site conditions and the lack of grid structure design a set of automated special tools and dismantling process. The process is mainly composed of underwater TV, nut loose tools, platen toggle tools, triangular guide block fixture, aluminum extension rod and other tooling combination. Through the control and application of automation equipment instruments and meters collect height positioning load action and other information input control system to achieve protection output and other functions. Its effective solution to the difficulty of underwater observation, underwater operation inconvenience,no prefabricated lifting point, boron plate structure space constraints, this set of process design so that the smooth development of boron plate.
