Design digital transformation is an important part of digitalization of industry.Based on Powerful capability of data storage and process,many professional design software can provide mass data as data source.In order to meet the requirement of data and workflow,it is necessary to make some secondary development on design software.As main design software in petrochemical industry,AVEVA software is important for Design digital transformation.This article study functions and applications of AVEVA Instrumentation According to workflow of offshore platform instrument system.At the same time,this article emphasizes development of basic standard database such as rule database,attribute database and material catalogue based on AVEVA Instrumentation software.All these developments provide a foundation for Design digital transformation in offshore oil and gas engineering.It also has referential significance for further secondary development of AVEVA software.
