补肾安胎方联合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Antai Recipe Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion of Kidney Deficiency

目的探讨在肾虚型早期先兆流产(Threatened abortion,TA)患者中应用补肾安胎方联合穴位贴敷治疗的效果。方法选择2019年1月-2020年1月江西省九江市都昌县妇幼保健院收治的80例早期TA患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组肌注黄体酮治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补肾安胎方联合穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗2周,随访3个月。对比2组临床疗效、激素水平、短期妊娠预后情况及不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40);治疗后人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平及继续妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间2组均未见明显不良反应。结论在肾虚型早期TA患者中应用补肾安胎方联合穴位贴敷治疗效果较佳,能改善性激素水平及患者预后,且安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Antai recipe combined with acupoint application in patients with early threat-ened abortion(TA) of kidney deficiency type. Methods A total of 80 TA patients admitted to Duchang County Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, with 40 cas-es in each group. The control group was treated with intramuscular progesterone, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Antai recipe combined with acupoint application on this basis. The treatment was continued for 2 weeks and the follow-up was 3months. The clinical efficacy, hormone levels, short-term pregnancy prognosis and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG), progesterone(P) and estradiol(E_(2)) and the continued pregnancy rate were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). During the treatment period, there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The treatment effect of Bushen Antai recipe combined with acupoint application is bet-ter in early TA patients with kidney deficiency type, which is beneficial to improve the level of sex hormones and the prognosis of patients, and is safe and reliable. It is worthy of promotion.
