高校思政课课堂形象的要素及其优化策略研究

摘要 思政课课堂形象的组成要素包括教学内容、教师、教学方法、教学环境等,各个要素之间构成相辅相成、有机统一的关系。从形象美的角度,对高校思政课课堂的内容美、教师美、方法美、教学环境美等课堂形象进行分析,提出优化思政课课堂形象美的四个方面策略:一是大中小内容协同,注重培养职业胜任力,体现教学内容美;二是内在素养“6+8”,注重外在形象,体现教师美;三是多种教学方法互相配合,充分发挥信息技术在教学中的运用,优化教学程序,教学交往相互尊重,体现教学方法美;四是优化教学空间,美化教学环境,维护课堂秩序,体现教学环境美。 The elements of the classroom image of ideological and political course include teaching content, teachers, teaching methods, teaching environment and so on. Each element forms a complementary and organic relationship. From the perspective of image beauty, this paper analyzes the classroom images of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, such as the beauty of content, teachers, methods and teaching environment, and puts forward four strategies to optimize the classroom image beauty of ideological and political courses. The first is the emphasis on the building of occupational competence, which reflects the beauty of teaching content. The second is the inner accomplishment “6+8”, the attention to the external image, which reflects the beauty of teachers. The third, a variety of teaching methods should cooperate with each other, so that we can give full play to the application of information technology in teaching, optimize teaching procedures, respect each other in teaching communication, and reflect the beauty of teaching methods. The fourth one is to optimize the teaching space, to beautify the teaching environment, to maintain classroom order, and to reflect the beauty of the teaching environment.
