Pharmaceutical Care of Drug Administration by Tube Feeding post Upper Digestive Tract Tumor Surgery

目的:探讨上消化道肿瘤术后患者管饲给药的相关问题,以提高临床药学服务质量。方法:从药物剂型、给药时机、管饲方式、药物相互作用等方面,对不合理情况进行干预。结果:管饲给药各项合理率均有提高,且药物剂型、给药时机的合理率提高显著。结论:通过多学科的合作,治疗团队形成专业互补,促进管饲的合理用药。

Objective: To explore the related problems of tube feeding in postoperative patients with upper gastrointestinal tumors, in order to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care. Methods: The unreasonable situation was interfered from the aspects of drug dosage form, administration time, tube feeding mode and drug interaction. Results: The rational rates of tube feeding were increased, and the rational rates of drug dosage form and administration time were significantly increased. Conclusion:Through multidisciplinary cooperation, the therapeutic team can form professional complementarity and promote rational drug use of tube feeding.
