摘要
前端模块作为汽车上相对独立且与安全相关的部件模块,在前期开发设计此部件时不仅要考虑此零件与车身的匹配状态,更要考虑该零件的安全性,尤其在汽车高速行驶时,高风阻下会通过前盖施加在固定在前端模块上的前盖锁一个向上的拉力,为确保在该力作用下前端模块不发生明显的变形和损坏,文章应用ANSA/ABAQUS对前端模块进行了非线性有限元建模和仿真研究,并设计了与仿真相对应的台架试验,最终验证了仿真结果的有效性,能够有效地为前期前端模块结构设计的精准开发提供借鉴。
As a relatively independent and safety related component module in the automobile,the front-end module should not only consider the matching state of this part with the body,but also consider the safety of this part in the early development and design of this component. Especially when the car is running at high speed,an upward pull will be exerted on the front cover lock fixed on the front-end module through the front cover under high wind resistance. In order to ensure that the front-end module will not have obvious deformation and damage under the action of this force,ANSA/ABAQUS is used to conduct nonlinear finite element modeling and simulation research on the frontend module,and a bench experiment corresponding to the simulation is designed. Finally,the effectiveness of the simulation results is verified,which can effectively provide reference for the accurate development of front-end module structure design in the early stage.
