摘要
针对因LNG大规模进口而产生的巨量冷能无法有效利用,而LNG冷能发电发展又存在困难等问题,论述了LNG冷能利用的前景、政策支撑和冷能发电技术进展,探讨了影响我国LNG冷能发电的技术瓶颈、经济性计算方法、前期规划和安全等多重因素。同时,指出了LNG冷能发电系统集气化与发电为一体,投资回收期计算方法纳入部分气化收益后,具有良好的经济性;冷能发电系统应该规划成“内嵌式”而非“外挂式”,才利于后续LNG冷能发电系统的建设。
In view of that the huge amount of cold energy generated by large-scale import of LNG cannot be effectively utilized,and also the difficulty in the development of LNG cold energy power generation.It discusses the LNG cold energy utilization prospects,policy support and technical progress of LNG cold energy power generation;it also expounds the multiple factors that affect LNG cold energy power generation,such as technical bottleneck,economic calculation method,preliminary planning and safety.At the same time,it is pointed out that the LNG cold energy power generation system integrates vaporization and power generation,and the calculation method of investment payback period has good economic results after incorporating part of the vaporization income;The cold energy power generation system should be planned as"embedded"rather than"external",which is conducive to the subsequent construction of LNG cold energy power generation system.
