佛山市天然气储备能力建设的现状与发展

Current Situation and Development of Reserving Natural Gas Capacity Construction in Foshan City

结合国家、广东省储气设施建设相关政策与发展目标,对佛山市天然气储气调峰、储备能力建设的现状进行了调研与分析。通过对“十四五”末储气能力建设需求的研究,提出了总体方案与建议,包括由城镇燃气企业在广东省内继续参股LNG接收站项目,在佛山市行政区域等规划与建设LNG应急调峰气化站等。

Combined with relevant policy and development goals of gas storage facilities construction in Guangdong province and in China,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of natural gas storage peak-shaving and reserving gas capacity construction in Foshan city.The demand for reserving natural gas capacity construction after"14th Five-Year Plan"was studied.The overall plan and suggestions are put forward,which includes that the urban gas enterprises in Guangdong province continue to invest LNG receiving terminal project in the form of equity participation,plan and build LNG emergency peak shaving plants in Foshan administrative area,etc.
