[研究目的]研究日本企业智库的特征、功能与作用,为中国特色新型智库建设提供启示。[研究方法]通过网站调研收集数据及文献调研,在考察日本企业智库的概念、类型与特征的基础上,对其功能进行深入调查,并总结其作用。[研究结论]日本企业智库发挥着为政府与企业决策提供智力支持,以及引领社会变革的作用。参考日本企业智库,国家应鼓励大型企业集团、行业企业设立智库或扩大现有所属智库的业务范围,为政府与企业决策提供智力支持,并推动政府与企业智库畅通智政沟通渠道,发挥企业智库在政府决策中的作用;企业智库则应积极提高影响力,推动自身良性发展,并应肩负更多社会责任,积极引领社会变革。

[Research purpose] By analyzing the characteristics, functions and effects of Japanese enterprise think tanks, we can gain enlightenment for building new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. [Research method] Based on the concept, types, and characteristics of Japanese enterprise think tanks, we investigate its functions and summary its effects by collecting data through the website and literature research. [Research conclusion] Japanese enterprise think tank provides intellectual support for decision-making of government and enterprises, and also plays a leading role in social change. Referring to Japanese corporate think tanks, our government should encourage large enterprise groups and industries to construct think tanks or expand the service scope of their think tanks, which can provide intellectual support for decision-making of government and enterprises. In addition, our government also should dredge channels of intellectual and political communication of the government and enterprise think tanks, provide enterprise think tanks a role in government decision-making. Meanwhile, think tanks should increase their influence, promote their own benign development, and shoulder more social responsibilities and actively lead social change.
