摘要
论述了在产品研制和生产的质量管理过程中,做好顾客沟通的重要意义。在对国家军用标准《质量管理体系要求》中需要顾客参与的要求进行梳理和分析的基础上,结合多年实践经验,对如何做好项目策划,如何主动让顾客参与研制生产过程管控方面的实践进行了论述。提出了军品承制单位在质量管理过程中,与落实顾客监管要求的关注点和风险点,对如何做好顾客沟通和落实顾客监管要求提出了指导性建议。
This paper discusses the importance of good customer communication in the quality management process of product development and production. Based on the analysis of the requirements of Quality management systems requirements that requires customer participation, combined with practical experience in several years, the paper discusses such matters as how to make a good project planning and how to involve customers actively in process of R&D and production control. It also proposes that the concerns and worries of customers should be well taken care of by the military product contractors throughout quality management. And guiding suggestions are made on how to communicate well with customers and meet their requirements.
