摘要 单机是航天器研制体系的核心组成部分之一,而其供应链质量管理在整个航天器工程型号研制中占据着极端重要的地位,单机供应全链条的质量稳定性、一致性和可靠性直接决定了任务的成功与否。随着专业化分工的不断深入,宇航单机的质量管理正从围墙内发展到围墙外的供应链全链条质量管理,供应链上下游伙伴的质量风险,最终都会传递到单机抓总承研单位。面向“十四五”宇航任务快速发展与单机需求跨越式增长的时代背景,提出了一种“提前预防、风险前移、差异化管理”的供应链质量管理方法,并在单机供应链全生命周期建设中的供应商寻源准入、现场审核、新品类鉴定验证、物料供应过程管控等典型环节开展了工作方法的探索与实践。 Aerospace stand-alone device is one of the core components of the spacecraft development system, and its supply chain quality management plays an extremely important role in the whole engineering model. The quality stability, consistency and reliability of the supply chain directly determine the success of the task. With the deepening of specialized division of labor, the quality management is developing from inside the wall to the whole chain outside the wall. The quality risks of the upstream and downstream partners will eventually be transmitted to the general unit. Facing "14th Five-Year Plan" space task rapid development and leapfrog growth of aerospace stand-alone device demand background, the paper puts forward a "prevention first, risk moving forward, differentiated management" method, it also explores and practices in typical links such as supplier sourcing access, on-site audit, new category identification and verification, material supply process in the whole life cycle construction of aerospace stand-alone device supply chain.
