摘要
科学试验与分析技术(STAT)是一种科学的统计技术和方法,应用于试验鉴定规划、实施和数据分析评估过程,并产生可行的结果,确保试验置信度,重点强调现代统计方法和工具在试验规划和试验分析中的运用。通过对科学试验与分析技术在美军试验鉴定中的应用流程、方法策略和成功案例进行分析研究,并对其应用成效及主要特点进行总结,为我军目前的试验鉴定工作提供借鉴。
Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques(STAT) are the scientific statistical methods and processes used to enable the development of efficient, rigorous test strategies that will yield defensible results. STAT can provide a better understanding of test confidence, and emphasizes on the application of modern statistical methods and tools in test planning and analysis. This paper analyzed and studied the application process, methods and strategies, best practice of Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques in US test and evaluation programs. By summarizing the application effects and main characteristics, it may provide the inspiration for future tests and evaluation works.
