低碳深冲钢热轧带钢表面长条状夹杂缺陷分析

摘要 夹杂是低碳深冲钢生产过程中常见的表面质量缺陷,也是在炼钢工序生产过程中控制难点。因此,对低碳深冲钢热轧带钢表面长条状夹杂缺陷微观形貌进行观察,分析产生的主要原因,同时查阅了大量文献,采取了相应的对策措施,有效改善了低碳深冲钢热轧带钢因长条状夹杂物导致的表面缺陷,满足了用户对低碳深冲钢产品高表面的质量需求。 Inclusion is a common surface quality defect in the production of low carbon deep drawing steel,and it is also a control difficulty in the production process of steelmaking process.Therefore,the micro morphology of long strip inclusion defects on the surface of hot rolled strip of low carbon deep drawing steel was observed,the main causes were analyzed,a large number of documents were consulted,and corresponding countermeasures were taken,which effectively improved the surface defects of hot rolled strip of low carbon deep drawing steel caused by long strip inclusion,and met the quality requirements of users for high surface of low carbon deep drawing steel products.
