利用蒸馏-中和滴定法,结合GB/T 25483.3—2019《钒氮合金氮含量的测定蒸馏-中和滴定法》国家标准,通过改良蒸馏系统,可准确测定钒氮合金中氮含量,测量范围为8%~20%。详细阐述了实验原理和实验步骤,并对试验过程中要点进行深入讨论。该方法操作简单,结果准确、成本低廉,适用于钒氮合金中氮含量的检测。
The nitrogen content in vanadium nitrogen alloy can be accurately determined by distillation neutralization titration method in combination with the national standard GB/T25483.3-2019 Determination of Nitrogen Content in Vanadium Nitrogen Alloy Distillation Neutralization Titration Method.The nitrogen content in vanadium nitrogen alloy can be accurately determined by improving the distillation system,and the measurement range is 8%~20%.The experimental principle and steps are described in detail,and the key points in the test process are discussed in depth.The method is simple in operation,accurate in results and low in cost.
