硬岩巷道快速掘进爆破技术的设计及模拟研究

摘要 对硬岩巷道的快速掘进,采用四角九孔直眼掏槽爆破方式,并以掏槽效果的三个影响因素设计正交试验,分析掏槽深度和体积随主要因素的变化情况,得出四角九孔掏槽方式的最佳参数。结论为:炮孔装药量对四角九孔直眼掏槽深度和槽腔体积的影响程度最大,起爆分段数影响程度最小,而布孔参数影响是居于两者之间。最佳组合参数为:炮孔装药量0.9 g,布孔参数为40 mm,采用3段起爆方式,最优方案下的炮眼利用率高达91.5%,炸药单耗仅为1.79 kg/m^(3)。 For the rapid excavation of hard rock roadway,the four corner nine hole straight cut blasting method is adopted,and the orthogonal test is designed based on the three influencing factors of the cutting effect to analyze the change of the cutting depth and volume with the main factors,and the best parameters of the four corner nine hole cutting method are obtained.The conclusion is that the blasting hole charge has the greatest impact on the four corner nine hole straight cut depth and the volume of the slot,and the impact of the number of blasting segments is the least.The influence of hole layout parameters lies between them.The optimal combination parameters are:the charge of the blast hole is 0.9 g,the hole layout parameter is 40 mm,the three-stage initiation mode is adopted,the utilization rate of the blast hole under the optimal scheme is as high as 91.5%,and the unit explosive consumption is only 1.79 kg/m^(3).
