摘要
钢铁工业作为高耗能、高污染行业,每年所消耗的煤炭能源在工业生产领域位居榜首。据相关统计数据,2020年,我国的钢铁企业吨钢综合能耗为545.27 kg标准煤/t。在这一背景之下,国家针对钢铁行业提出了“节能降耗”的号召。为了积极响应国家号召,近年来,国内钢铁生产企业以建立节能型社会为长远发展目标,将节能减排纳入到重点工作计划中。着重围绕轧钢工艺的节能方向以及有效路径予以全面阐述,通过对轧钢工艺进行改进和优化,推广并应用在线热处理节能技术和连铸连轧加热炉热装技术,有效控制钢坯的出炉温度,降低能耗。
As a high energy consumption and high pollution industry,the iron and steel industry consumes coal energy every year,ranking first in the industrial production field.According to relevant statistics,in 2020,the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel in China's iron and steel enterprises will be 545.27 kg standard coal/t.Under this background,the state has put forward the call of"energy conservation and consumption reduction"for the steel industry.In order to actively respond to the call of the state,in recent years,domestic iron and steel enterprises have taken the establishment of an energy-saving society as their long-term development goal and incorporated energy conservation and emission reduction into their key work plans.Focusing on the energy saving direction and effective path of steel rolling process,this paper gives a comprehensive description.Through optimizing and improving the steel rolling process,promoting and applying the online heat treatment energy saving technology and the hot charging technology of the heating furnace for continuous casting and rolling,effectively controlling the billet temperature,it opens up a new pattern that can promote the sustainable development of steel enterprises.
