In order to actively respond to the company's strategic plan of cost reduction,efficiency increase and high-quality development,while creating conditions for the development of variety steel,the company implements the development and application of wire rod Mini mill and efficient production technology for the wire rod production line built in the early stage of the company,introduces equipment from Primetals,Danieli,SIMENS,and SundBirsta,Sweden,comprehensively applies their advantages,and creatively proposes an efficient production technology.The rolling speed is increased to 115 m/s,and the dimensional accuracy and qualification rate of products are greatly improved.The configuration meets the production requirements of multiple steel grades and varieties,which improves the production flexibility and market adaptability.
