Energy Saving Optimization of Vacuum Phase Change Heating System

摘要 随着真空相变技术日渐成熟并应用于采暖系统,彻底杜绝了冲渣水余热回收利用过程中对换热器壁面造成的污染、堵塞、腐蚀现象,且在经济运行、精细化操作方面仍存在很大的优化空间。以尽可能降低对冲渣工艺影响又可以实现最大幅度取热为原则,详细阐述真空相变直热机在运行过程中出现的问题,并提出相应解决方案,降低能源消耗,节能效果显著,为钢铁企业渣水余热用于供热系统提供了理论支持。 With the gradual maturity of vacuum phase change technology and its application in the heating system,the pollution,blockage and corrosion of the heat exchanger wall caused by the waste heat recovery and utilization of slag flushing water have been completely eliminated,and there is still much room for optimization in economic operation and refined operation.Based on the principle of minimizing the impact of the slagging process and achieving maximum heat extraction,this paper expounds in detail the problems that occur during the operation of the vacuum phase change direct heat engine,and puts forward corresponding solutions to reduce energy consumption and achieve significant energy saving effect,which provides theoretical support for the use of residual heat from slag water in the heating system of iron and steel enterprises.
