针对首钢长钢降低返矿平衡值的实践,分析其影响返矿平衡的多种因素,以及采取的相应措施。实践证明,通过改变原料条件,返矿平衡值自36%降低至31%并保持持续稳定,为烧结矿生产创造了良好条件。

In view of the practice of reducing the return ore balance value at Shougang Changgang,this paper analyzes the various factors affecting the return ore balance and the corresponding measures taken.The practice shows that by changing the raw material conditions,the return ore balance value is reduced from 36%to 31%and remains stable,creating good conditions for sinter production.
