摘要 公铁合建桥梁方案做好铁路和公路双方投资分摊、合理确定各方投资,是提高项目审批效率、推进项目加快建设实施的关键因素。文章研究分析了三门峡黄河公铁两用大桥初步设计阶段的公铁合建、单建四线铁路以及单建公路三种不同建设模式,分别介绍了三种建设模式下的建设规模、桥型及跨度布置、主桥引桥设计方案;论述了工程投资编制依据和编制原则,测算分析了单建铁路方案和单建公路方案投资分摊比例,重点阐述了本项目公铁合建方案按照上述投资分摊比例,铁路和公路等各方应出投资情况;并指出了公铁合建方案在节约桥位资源和工程投资方面的优势,可为类似公铁合建项目的建设方案和铁路、公路投资分摊比例提供借鉴与参考,以提高建设项目决策准确性,增加建设项目社会效益和经济效益。 How to do a good job in the investment sharing between railway and highway and reasonably determine the investment of all parties is the key factor to improve the efficiency of project approval and accelerate the construction and implementation of the project. This paper analyzes three different construction modes in the preliminary design stage of Sanmenxia Yellow River Highway-Railway joint construction bridge. Single four line railway and single highway construction,and introduces the construction scale, bridge type and span layout, the design scheme of main and approach bridge under the three construction modes. This paper discusses the preparation basis and principle of project investment, calculates and analyzes the investment sharing proportion of single railway scheme and single highway scheme, and focuses on the investment situation of railway and highway according to the above investment sharing proportion. The advantages of highway railway joint construction scheme in saving bridge site resources and engineering investment are pointed out. Provide reference for the construction scheme of similar highway railway joint construction projects and the investment sharing proportion of railway and highway in the future, so as to improve the accuracy of construction project decision-making and increase the social and economic benefits of construction projects.
