海外常态化疫情防控与项目管理探讨

Discussion on Overseas Normalized Epidemic Prevention&Control and Project Management

全球新冠肺炎疫情给海外项目疫情防控和项目管理带来巨大挑战,国内分别研究疫情防控或者项目管理的文献较多,但少有文献同时研究疫情防控和项目管理。文章首先通过查阅相关文献并总结某海外项目在组织机构、疫情防控管理、应急预案、防疫物资等方面的疫情防控措施,在此基础上探讨在人文关怀、团队建设、责任担当、海外党建等方面的项目管理措施。

The global outbreak of COVID-19 has brought great challenges to the epidemic prevention and project management of overseas projects.There are many domestic articles studying epidemic prevention&control or project management respectively,but few articles studying epidemic prevention&control and project management at the same time.This paper first reviews relative articles and summarizes the epidemic prevention&control measures of an overseas project in terms of organization,epidemic prevention management,emergency plan,epidemic prevention materials,etc.,and then discusses the project management measures in terms of humanistic care,teambuilding,responsibility,overseas party construction,etc.
