In the new era background,talent training is also facing new challenge and opportunities.Taking the training of personnel in safety engineering industry as an example,this paper elaborates on the basic requirements of"Belt and Road"for the training of personnel in safety engineering,and puts forward a number of optimization suggestions on the basis of identifying the current problems in the training of personnel in safety engineering.
