摘要
依据学校办学定位、专业目标及人才培养目标,针对课程教学过程存在的问题,课程实践了基于“目标问题导向”的混合式教学创新改革,结合石化行业特色和学科前沿,通过重构课程“教”与“学”内容及过程,打造思辨课堂。通过“雨课堂”等信息化技术、在线开放课程资源(包括思政资源)及学生互联网+大数据反馈等打造智慧课堂,构建了基于“雨课堂”+“在线开放课程”的翻转课堂五步教学法。同时通过“目标问题导向”和“素拓项目”实施课程思政,有效地激发了学生自主学习积极性,让课堂焕发活力,注重学生工程实践能力及解决复杂工程问题能力的培养,实现学生“知识、能力、素养”的培养与达成。学生问卷反馈表明:实施课程改革之后,82%同学认为“思辨能力”得到提升,学生课堂参与度提高至100%,最近一期学生优良率提高至56%(>80分)。
According to the school-running orientation,professional goals and talent training goals,the"target-problem-oriented"blended teaching innovation reform was proposed,aiming to solve the problems existing in the course teaching process.Combining the characteristics of the petrochemical industry and the frontiers of disciplines,the course"teaching"and“learning"content and process were reconstructed to create a speculative classroom.The information technology such as"Rain Classroom",online open course resources(including ideological and political resources)were used.The student big data feedback was used to built a smart classroom.A five-step flipped classroom teaching method based on"Rain Classroom"and"Online Open Course"was constructed.At the same time,the ideology and politics were implemented through"target problem orientation"and"quality development project",which effectively stimulates students’enthusiasm for independent learning.The students would rejuvenate the classroom,pay attention to cultivate the students’engineering practice ability and complex engineering problems solving ability.Then the students’knowledge,ability and literacy were achieved through training.The feedback from the students’questionnaires showed that after the implementation of the curriculum reform,82%of the students believed that their"thinking ability"had been improved.What is more,the students’classroom participation increased to 100%,and the excellent rate of students in the most recent period increased to 56%(>80 points).
