摘要
文章建立了气相分子吸收光谱法测定大气降水中铵离子的方法。该方法在0.10~2.00 mg/L浓度范围内,工作曲线线性良好;方法检出限为0.009 mg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.13%~3.33%;加标回收率为94.0%~104.0%;一个批次样品(18个)的分析流程仅需1 h。较之现行标准方法在灵敏度、精密度、准确度和分析效率等指标方面均有改善,能够满足大气降水中铵离子的批量精准分析需求。
A gas-phase molecular absorption spectrometry method for the determination of ammonium ions in atmospheric precipitation was established in this paper.The method has a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.10-2.00 mg/L.The detection limit of the method is 0.009 mg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.13%-3.33%.The recovery of standard addition is 94.0%-104.0%.The analysis process of one batch of samples(18 samples)only takes 1 h.Compared with the current standard method,the sensitivity,precision,accuracy and analysis efficiency have been improved,which can meet the needs of batch accurate analysis of ammonium ions in atmospheric precipitation.
