摘要
随着工业4.0概念的日益普及,进行信息有效融合,进一步挖掘区域信息价值是海上平台建设的主要目标之一。海上平台规模的扩大,相应的控制系统数量也随之增加,各独立控制系统极大阻碍了一体化调节,挖掘基于SCADA系统架构整合各平台其他控制系统能力,进行多平台各系统统一的数据采集和存储,实现了对多平台综合管理的功能,可以进行统一数据分析为生产者提供更多的辅助决策,进而快速应对多平台互联出现的异常工况。文章首先归纳了传统海上平台工控系统目前具有的局限性,针对性地提出了基于SCADA系统架构改造建设海上平台新型工控系统,目前该系统已成功运用于中石油大港油田赵东平台,运行效果表明该系统的高效和实用性。
With the increasing popularity of the concept of Industry 4.0,effective information fusion and further mining of regional information value are one of the main goals of offshore platform construction.With the expansion of the scale of the offshore platform,the number of corresponding control systems has also increased,and each independent control system has greatly hindered the integrated adjustment.Based on the SCAD A system architecture,it integrates the capabilities of other control systems of each platform,and performs unified data collection and storage of multiple platforms and systems,realizing the function of comprehensive management of multiple platforms.At the same time,it can conduct unified data analysis to provide more auxiliary decision-making for producers.Then,it can quickly respond to the abnormal working conditions of multi-platform interconnection.This paper firstly summarizes the current limitations of the traditional offshore platform industrial control system,and proposes a new type of offshore platform industrial control system based on SCAD A system architecture reconstruction.At present,the system has been successfully applied to the Zhao-dong platform of PetroChina Da-gang oilfield,and the operation effect shows the high efficiency and practicability of the system.
