不同花期甜绿籽石榴适宜采收成熟度研究

Study on the suitable harvest maturity of ’Tianlüzi’ pomegranate at different blooming periods

以云南省蒙自市甜绿籽石榴为试材,探究不同花期的果实(3月下旬、4月上旬、4月中旬开花的果实)在不同采收期(9月上旬至10月中旬)的果实品质差异。结果表明,10月上旬采收的果实外观较好,单果重、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、固酸比较高,可滴定酸含量较低,品质最佳。因此,云南省蒙自市甜绿籽石榴适宜采收期为10月上旬。一花果(3月下旬开花的果实)可溶性固形物含量达15.5%、L^(*)值在71.5以上、a^(*)/b^(*)值在0.47以上,二花果(4月上旬开花的果实)可溶性固形物含量达15.0%、L^(*)值在72.5以上、a^(*)/b^(*)值在0.30以上,三花果(4月中旬开花的果实)可溶性固形物含量达15.0%、L^(*)值在75.5以上、a^(*)/b^(*)值在0.14以上,可作为采收成熟度指标。

With ’Tianlüzi’ pomegranate from Mengzi City, Yunnan Province as the experimental material, to explore the difference of fruit quality in different harvesting periods(early September to mid-October) of fruit(fruits flowering in late March,early April and mid-April) of different blooming periods. The results showed that the quality of fruit in early October was the best with a better appearance, higher single fruit weight, soluble solids, vitamin C content and solid acid ratio, and lower acidity.Therefore, early October is the suitable harvest period of ’Tianlüzi’ pomegranate in Mengzi City, Yunnan Province. The soluble solids content of the first batch of flowering fruits(fruit flowering in late March) is 15.5%, Lvalue and a/bvalue higher than71.5 and 0.47, respectively;the soluble solids content of the second batch of flowering fruits(fruit flowering in early April) is 15.0%, Lvalue and a/bvalue were above 72.5 and 0.30, respectively;the soluble solids content of the third batch of flowering fruits(fruit flowering in mid-April) is 15.0%, Lvalue and a/bvalue should higher than 75.5 and 0.14, it can be used as an indicator of harvest maturity.
