基于重力热管技术的传输机架冷却系统设计及应用

摘要 核心机房传输设备单机架功耗大、进出风方式多样、气流组织混乱,容易导致传输机房局部过热,为了解决该问题,设计了一种基于重力热管技术的传输机架冷却系统。从试点效果看,该制冷系统可以解决传输设备进出风方式不一造成的机房局部“热岛”难题,安全、易维护,具有推广价值。 The single rack of transmission equipment in the core computer room has high power consumption,various air inlet and outlet methods,and chaotic air flow organization,which may easily lead to local overheating of the transmission equipment room.In order to solve this problem,a transmission rack cooling system based on gravity heat pipe technology is designed.Judging from the pilot effect,the refrigeration system can solve the problem of local"heat island"in the machine room caused by different ways of entering and exiting the transmission equipment.It is safe,easy to maintain,and has promotion value.
