蓄电池预测性维护发展

摘要 作为通信大楼、数据中心的稳压装置和应急后备电源,蓄电池运行的稳定性和可靠性非常重要。如果蓄电池发生故障,那么不间断电源运行的稳定性和可靠性也就无从谈起,因此需要保证蓄电池安全稳定运行。目前,后备电源中铅酸和锂电混合配置较为常见。参考通信行业及互联网行业中的蓄电池管理先进案例,重点分析一种综合考虑蓄电池多项运行参数来预测电池是否应替换报废的方法,以便维护人员提前更换这些电池,防止电池严重劣化对数据通信业务造成负面影响。 As a communication building,data center voltage stabilizer and emergency backup power supply,the stability and reliability of battery operation are very important.If the battery fails,the stability and reliability of the uninterruptible power supply operation will be impossible,so it is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of the battery.At present,the mixed configuration of lead-acid and lithium battery in the backup power supply is more common.Referring to the advanced cases of battery management in the communication industry and the Internet industry,we focus on analyzing a method that comprehensively considers multiple operating parameters of the battery to predict whether the battery should be replaced and scrapped,so that maintenance personnel can replace these batteries in advance to prevent serious battery deterioration.Data communication services cause negative effects.
