数据中心数智化冷源群控系统研究与应用

摘要 数据中心制冷系统主要依靠楼宇自控(Building Automation,BA)群控系统进行集中控制,传统BA群控系统调节模式少、控制参数少,节能效果不佳,制冷系统运行能耗比较高。针对数据中心制冷系统的智能化程度不足,提出数智化冷源群控解决方案,依托人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)节能算法,充分利用制冷系统的运行数据和设备能耗,基于深度神经网络算法全面建立数据中心能耗预测模型,寻优设备最佳运行状态点,提升制冷系统能效,构建最优节能运行策略,让数据中心的“制冷”变为“智冷”,实现数据中心能源的高效利用。该系统调优效果显著,具有一定的实践指导意义,有广泛的应用前景。 The refrigeration system of the data center mainly relies on the Building Automation,BA group control system for centralized control.The traditional BA group control system has few adjustment modes,few control parameters,poor energy-saving effect,and high energy consumption of the refrigeration system.In view of the lack of intelligence in the refrigeration system of the data center,this paper proposes a digital intelligent group control solution for cold sources,which relies on Artificial Intelligence(AI)energy-saving algorithm,makes full use of the operation data and equipment energy consumption of the refrigeration system,and comprehensively establishes the energy consumption prediction model of the data center based on the deep neural network algorithm,so as to optimize the best operation state point of the equipment,improve the energy efficiency of the refrigeration system,and construct the optimal energy-saving operation strategy.Turning the"refrigeration"of the data center into"intelligent cooling"and realizing the efficient utilization of energy in the data center,the system has remarkable optimization effect,has certain practical guiding significance and a wide application prospect.
