“互联网+”不动产抵押登记服务信息平台建设研究

Construction of“Internet Plus”information platform for real estate mortgage registration services

本文结合“互联网+”不动产信息化改革,利用GIS、云计算等先进技术,开发“互联网+”不动产抵押登记服务信息平台,推出不动产抵押登记“最多跑一次”服务。实践证明,在浙江省政务云的基础上,通过该平台可实现与金融综合服务平台和浙江省不动产统一窗口云平台数据的共享与交换、不动产抵押登记、数据查询统计、信息上报及考核评价,全面提高贷款效率和信贷防控能力。

Combined with the“Internet Plus”real estate informatization reform,the“Internet Plus”information platform for real estate mortgage registration services is developed in this paper by using GIS,cloud computing and other advanced technologies,and the“All in One Go”service for real estate mortgage registration is introduced.Practice has proved that by this platform,all such functions will be realized like data sharing and exchange,real estate mortgage registration,data query and statistics,information reporting,assessment and evaluation with the financial comprehensive service platform and Zhejiang provincial real estate unified window cloud platform,and the loan efficiency will be comprenensively inproved and credit risk will be controlled.
